The heart of our youth ministry is to encourage and equip teenagers to become mature disciples who love God, His Word, and His people. We seek to accomplish that by focusing on three key priorities:

Truth

God uses His Word to change lives. In an age of increasing cultural uncertainty, teenagers need the stability and clarity that only Scripture can provide. We seek to prioritize clear biblical teaching teaching that speaks directly to the challenges teenagers face.

Purpose

Growth happens not only through teaching, but also through shared experiences. Whether it's a missions trip, service opportunity, or game night, our activities are intentionally designed to strengthen relationships, encourage service, and help students grow together in Christlikeness.

Community

Our teens are members of the body of Christ. Rather than remaining isolated from the rest of the church, we seek to facilitate active involvement in the life of the church body. We encourage teens to love, serve, and learn from the believers God has placed around them.

Our youth group is open to those in 7th-12 grades. We invite you to join us for our weekly times together or any special activities:

Wednesday Night Meetings

We meet every Wednesday night from 7:00-8:15 PM in the youth wing of the church.

In these weekly meetings, we enjoy studying God's Word and encouraging each other by singing and praying together. We will often also have a brief game or activity or simply enjoy the opportunity for fellowship.

Sunday School

Every Sunday morning at 9:30, we meet in the teen room for a time of Bible study.

These Bible studies offer a great opportunity to learn more about God's Word. Classes cover topics such as Bible book studies, theology, practical Christian growth, and apologetics.

Special Activities

About once a month, the youth group has a special activity of some kind, including game nights, after-church hang-outs, special retreats, camp, and more.

See the "Upcoming Events" section below to see what's coming soon. Visitors are welcome!

We believe the primary responsibility for the discipleship of teenagers belongs to parents (Deut. 6:4–9), which is why our youth ministry seeks to come alongside—rather than replace—the efforts of parents and primary caretakers.

An important part of this ministry is supporting parents as they seek to disciple their teens and children. To accomplish that goal, we would be happy to provide biblical counsel, practical guidance, or resource recommendations. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to Pastor Ethan Augustus.
